You are welcome to join Crew Availability for as long or short a time period as you please.
Cancellation by the member:If You subsequently give notice by email to Us to cancel your membership, such cancellation shall take effect on the date the notice is received or on the date specified in the notice, whichever is the later. No return of premium will be made.

Cancellation by Us: We may give 14 days’ notice of cancellation of this membership by email.
Effective time of cancellation: This membership shall cease at 00.01 hours Greenwich Mean Time on the day following the last day of the Period of membership for which premium has been paid.”
3How do I pay my subscription?
There is no charge, Crew Availability is free for all.
4How do I access my details?
You can access your account using your unique name and password which will be generated once you have joined up.
5How do I change my details?
You can change your details by logging into your account from your computer, tablet or smartphone, and change you availability and personal details.
6How do I renew my membership ?
Your membership will continue until you cancel it or it is cancelled by Crew Availability.com
7How do I send my Availability Calendar to Productions and Supervisors?
You can share your calendar with people you know who may be recruiting, and they can have instant access to your availability when booking.
To share your calendar, press the share button and add the recipients email address.
8How can I see other crew members Availability Calendars?
You cannot see other members availability unless you have applied to do so as a supervisor or Designer looking for staff and have been verified.
9How do I know that my personal details are safe?

We collect and maintain personal information in order to supply this to work hirers. All personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and with appropriate levels of security. We will not keep your information longer than is necessary.
Your information will be protected from accidental or Unauthorised disclosure.
We will only reveal your information if it is allowed by law, authorised by you, to prevent fraud or in order that We can liaise with our agents.
Under the terms of the Act you have the right to ask for a copy of any information we hold on you upon payment of an administrative fee and to require a correction of any incorrect information held. Any inaccurate or misleading data will be corrected as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date and we cannot be held responsible for loss of work due to out of date contact details.
10What happens if I haven’t updated my Calendar?
It is very important that you make sure your calendar is up to date, or you may lose work.
Please make sure your calendar is updated daily, even if you are on a long job.
11How do I cancel my membership?
